By accessing or using Overlapp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare professional (or in the process of obtaining licensure) to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to complete identity verification (NPI license check and/or government ID verification) as required to access matching features. Providing false verification information will result in immediate account termination.
You agree not to:
Overlapp facilitates introductions between travel nurses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of housing listings, the suitability of any roommate match, or the safety of any housing arrangement. All housing agreements are between the users involved. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering any living arrangement.
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bios, etc.) but grant Overlapp a non-exclusive license to display it within the App. We may remove any content that violates these terms.
Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.
Overlapp is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to housing arrangements, roommate conflicts, or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
